Generally, goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s).
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit and do not cover for any damages due to mishandling of parcel by courier company. However, please contact us if your order hasn't arrived or damaged so we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Services provided are not refundable. If a payment has been made but you cannot attend the class, we can provide a rescheduling (subject to the tutor's availability and inform us 24 hours before the scheduled time) or exchange of our product with the value did not exceed the amount of payment made.
